About Steel Waters
Welcome to Steel Waters! Steel Waters is a privately owned property located in Summerton, South Carolina across from the Santee National Wildlife Refuge/Cuddo Unit. We are excited to offer duck hunting memberships. Our desire is for Steel Waters to truly be a place of refuge from this busy life in which we live, a place of solitude where one can experience nature and the great outdoors and disconnect for a bit. Psalms 23:1-3 says “The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul.” That is our prayer for this property and for those who enter it, that HIS presence may be in this place and the restoration of our souls would be the result. 🦆

If you plan to fish the Santee Cooper Lakes, especially if you are tournament angler, then we have just the place for you to stay!
Steel Waters, a family-owned and operated duck club, is located within a FIVE minute drive to John C Land III Landing in Summerton, SC. This club has FIVE newly constructed (and fully furnished) cabins ready for you and your fishing friends. Each cabin is 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and may accommodate up to 8 people.
Shotgun Cabins at Steel Waters
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Cabins at Steel Waters are shotgun style cabins with hand milled interiors from timber on the property. There are 5 cabins. Each 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin sleeps 8. The cabins are a close 5 minute drive to the Santee Cuddo Wildlife Refuge, John C. Land Landing, & Potato Creek Landing, both providing access to Lake Marion. These cabins are ideal for fisherman or the avid outdoorsman looking to get away. There are also golfing opportunities just a short drive from the property as well.
